  • 30-minute private consult with fitness coach.

  • Support via our Members Facebook Group, with access to coaches, inspirational videos and activities, mindset activities, group support.

  • Fitness test on week 1, 4 & 8, tracking your measurements and weigh ins along the way.

Balance Seeker

  • Unlimited classes in studio over 8 weeks.

  • 30-minute private consult with fitness coach.

  • Support via our Members Facebook Group, with access to coaches, inspirational videos and activities, mindset activities, group support.

  • Fitness test on week 1, 4 & 8, tracking your measurements and weigh ins along the way.

  • 1x 1:1 PT session with the trainer of your choice.

  • 1x 15 minute 'lifeline' check in call with the trainer of your choice to get help with motivation, nutrition, planning, or to ask any questions you may have.

  • 8-week meal plan including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (vegan, vegetarian and whole-food plans available).

  • Before and after photos (optional) to track your progress at the end of the program.

Wellness Warrior

  • Unlimited classes in studio over 8 weeks.
