Little ninja's is a fun and interactive class designed to embed the fundamentals of self defence into children's muscle memory with self defence game based activities to suit their age group. They will learn basic defence skills, how to get out of certain real life situations that they may face in the school yard or when coming into contact with bullies. They will be taught when and when not to use these tactics and also taught the effectiveness of using their voice to warn off possible threats. The children will gain confidence, improved balance and agility, fine tune their motor skills and many other benefits.

krav maga self defence
7-10 year olds
monday 5:15 - 6pm
This class is designed to keep the children engaged whilst learning an imbedding effective techniques to help children get out of real life situations. We understand that this is the age group that may be starting to have to wait for parents to collect them after school and they start to get a little more independent therefore need to start learning a little more awareness than the little ninjas age group. We try to emulate some real world grabs and holds and teach them effective ways to remove themselves from the situations and how to raise the alarm. The children learn a lot of great techniques and have a lot of fun doing it.

teen mma & krav maga
10-16 year olds
wednesday 4pm - 5pm
Krav Maga is an effective martial art suited to real life situations. The kids will gain confidence and fitness, they will also learn how to avoid conflict and if unavoidable how to find the appropriate resolution using appropriate force to alleviate the situation. This simple yet effective system consists of strikes, locks, holds, weapon disarming, escapes from holds and chokes and the ability to use their voice.

teen fitness classes
12 - 16 year olds
thursday 4pm - 5pm
Get your teen off the couch and into a safe and supportive environment to help them to improve fitness and agility. In this class the teens will engage in various activities to increase their strength, motivation, explosiveness, social skills and coordination.
We offer specially designed strength and conditioning group classes that are also designed to elevate the level of sports performance and to help them form habits that are healthy and promote a lifelong love of fitness and movement.
Kids learn about teamwork and independent discipline in a fun environment.
All classes are taught by a fully qualified coach specialising in teen fitness.
