4-6 year olds

Little Ninjas (self-defence) for kids aged 4--6!

Little Ninjas is a fun and interactive class where we use game-based learning to embed the fundamentals of self-defence into your little one's muscle memory!

They will learn how to use their voices to draw attention to themselves and effective and appropriate ways to get out of certain real-life situations they may face in the schoolyard, with bullies or even strangers.

Your child will gain confidence, burn energy, improve balance and agility, fine-tune their motor skills and start to develop great friendship groups!

For ages 4 - 6

Held on Mondays 4:15 - 5:00pm

7-10 year olds

monday 5:15 - 6pm & wednesday 4 - 4:45pm

This class is designed to keep children engaged whilst learning and embedding effective techniques to help them get out of real-life situations.

This is the age group that may be starting to have to wait for parents to collect them after school or even walking or riding to and from and they start to get a little more independent therefore need to start learning a little more awareness than the little ninja's age group.

In these classes, we emulate some real-world grabs and holds and teach them effective ways to remove themselves from the situations and how to raise the alarm.

The children learn a lot of great techniques, burn lots of energy, make some great new friends, and have a lot of fun doing it.

For ages 7 - 10

Held on Mondays 5:15 - 6pm and Wednesday 4 - 4:45pm

11-16 year olds

wednesday 4:45pm - 5:45pm

So, your teen is at the age of going out with friends, walking to and from school, catching public transport and maybe even going to parties. This can be a very scary time for parents, not having full control of what your teen is doing and who they are with! Feel better knowing you have equipped them with the knowledge and power of self-defence!

In these classes, your teen will be thrown into real-life scenarios and learn the basic and extremely effective system of krav maga. Through this they will gain confidence and fitness, they will also learn how to avoid conflict and if unavoidable how to find the correct resolution using appropriate force to alleviate the situation.

This simple yet effective system consists of strikes, locks, holds, weapon disarming, escapes from holds and chokes, and the ability to use their voice.

teen strength building class

11-17 year olds

In these classes, your teen will learn safe training techniques, the correct way to train for the best results, tips and tricks for healthier eating, and be guided with their journey into creating stronger, healthier bodies!
