Mind and Body Transformation Program

Once the silly season is over and the kids are back to school let's start working on YOUR physical and mental well-being. With the help of our experienced and compassionate trainers, we will help you identify your core values and make goals that align with them. We are excited to be bringing you our new and improved mind and body transformation program in February 2023!

Our programs are designed to help you lose body fat, improve strength and flexibility, and learn positive everyday habits for nutrition, mindset and motivation whilst

Our programs are evidence-based with the use of our EVOLT body scanner, so you know exactly what is going on within your body and can really get a gauge of what the program is doing for you inside and out whilst still focusing on mind and body connection. The metrics we will measure whilst on the program include (but are not limited to)

  • Visceral fat

  • Muscle gained

  • Body fat % loss

  • bio age

Our package includes:

  • Unlimited classes in studio over 8 weeks.

  • 2 x Evolt body scans on weeks 1 and 8.

    1st Scan week commences 30th Jan - 4th Feb
    final scan week commences 27th - 31st march

  • 4 x mindset sessions held on week 1, week 3, week 6, and week 8.

    5 February 8 - 10am - In-studio session (includes fitness evaluation)

    19 February 4:30 - 5:30pm -In-home session via zoom

    12 March 4:30 - 5:30pm - In-home session via zoom

    2 April 8am - 10am - In studio session (includes fitness evaluation)

  • Group breakthrough session on week 5
    5 March 9 - 11am - Outdoor interactive breakthrough session (location to be advised)

  • 2 x lifeline calls
    Access 2 lifeline calls where you can chat with our trainers about any motivation struggles, nutrition advice or anything that is holding you back or limiting you from reaching your goals.

  • Access to our recipe database
    with tasty and family-friendly recipes designed to allow you to eat those everyday favorites with a healthier spin.

  • Support via our Members Facebook Group
    with access to coaches, inspirational videos and activities, mindset activities and group support.
