Join Desiree, the Founder of Vida Flow Mindfulness for an incredible in-person mini-retreat at Universal Balance Mind and Body Studio in Milne Road, Redwood Park, SA. Retreat yourself with two hours filled with transformative Mindfulness sensory experiences and concepts that will help you find deep relaxation, balance and inner joy.

Desiree will guide you through various mindfulness techniques, concepts and tools, and teach you how to incorporate them into your daily routine, no matter how busy your life is.
