Great for stress relief, confidence, and conditioning.
Kids & Teen Classes
🥋 Kids & Teen Krav Maga
Fun, empowering self-defence classes that build confidence, coordination, and resilience.
Our Kids & Teen Krav Maga program teaches real-world self-defence in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Rooted in the principles of Krav Maga, these classes are designed to help young people develop practical skills they can use to stay safe, while also building confidence, discipline, and focus.
Each session includes age-appropriate drills, games, and techniques that improve awareness, coordination, strength, and self-control. Our experienced instructors are passionate about empowering kids and teens through movement, mindset, and positive reinforcement.
Classes are split into two groups to ensure developmentally appropriate learning:
👶 Little Ninjas (Ages 4–6) – playful, skill-building sessions focused on balance, listening, and basic movements.
🧒 Kids & Teens (Ages 7–17) – more advanced training in strikes, escapes, and scenario-based defence, with a strong focus on respect, teamwork, and emotional regulation.
Whether your child is shy or full of energy, this class provides a space to grow physically and mentally—with a whole lot of fun along the way!
