Mind and Body Transformation Program

We are excited to introduce our new 8-week Mind and Body Transformation Program to help you achieve your goals and get real results.

Our programs are designed to help you lose body fat, improve strength and flexibility, and learn positive everyday habits for nutrition, mindset and motivation whilst

Our programs are evidence-based with the use of our EVOLT body scanner, so you know exactly what is going on within your body and can really get a gauge of what the program is doing for you inside and out whilst still focusing on mind and body connection. The metrics we will measure whilst on the program include (but are not limited to)

  • Visceral fat

  • Muscle gained

  • Body fat % loss

  • bio age

Our package includes:

  • Unlimited classes in studio over 8 weeks.

  • 2 x Evolt body scans on weeks 1 and 8.

    Held on the first Sunday and the last Sunday of the program

  • 4 x mindset sessions held on week 1, week 3, week 5 and week 8.

    19th June 8am - 10am - body scan, light breakfast, values test, identifying your why, setting smart goals and mapping out your class plans

    10th July 4:30 - 5:30pm (via zoom) - time management, building and breaking habits, identifying and overcoming obstacles

    31st July 4:30 - 5:30pm (via zoom) - reevaluating goals, setting G.O.O.D. goals and re sparking motivation

    14th August 8am - 10am - body scan, light breakfast, wrap up, reset and what’s next

  • Access to our recipe database with tasty and family-friendly recipes designed to allow you to eat those everyday favorites with a healthier spin.

  • Support via our Members Facebook Group, with access to coaches, inspirational videos and activities, mindset activities and group support.
